1) How does virtual colour consultation work?

For Essential and Plus Plan, we provide virtual analysis for customers from around the world.

1. We will send you a form to fill in and all the instructions via email.
   

2. Take your selfies (two photos).
   

3. Send back the consultation form and your photos.
   

4. Sit back and wait for the report.

3) Which race of colour analysis do you provide?

No. Your colour group is mainly determined by the undertones in your skin, which do not change with a tan.

We have extensive experience in colour analysis for all races.

2) How does in-person colour consultation work?

For Premium Plan, we provide one-hour in-person analysis at our studio in Burnaby, BC (Metrotown).

1. We will send you a consultation form to fill in and schedule the appointment with you via email.

2. After the end of the consultation, we will send you the analysis result, lifetime YourColorID app access, and e-book, and premium personal swatch.

5) Can I wear makeup for consultation?

For accuracy, we do not recommend wearing any makeups during the consultation. For virtual analysis, please take two photos of you without makeup.

6) Do you offer service for all gender and age?

Yes, everyone is welcome. This consultation is available for all gender and age.
